Flavors Indian Kitchen started with a simple frustration: why does "Indian food" in Plano taste the same everywhere? We wanted something different — food that actually tastes like it was made by someone who grew up eating it.
Every spice blend is ground in-house. Every curry is built in small batches. We source whole spices from trusted importers and toast them before grinding — because that's how flavor is unlocked. The result? Dishes that surprise regulars and convert skeptics.
